Consumer confidence in the largest economy in the world – the US – has dropped to lowest level in 4 months in December. The fiscal cliff is still there, no deal has so far been reached. That coupled with the fact yet again debt is hitting the ceiling – could lead to dire consequences for the global economy, let alone the United States.
